Information

A virtual user (UVUS) from Universidad de Sevilla will be created. You should be previously registered in our systems, if this link was not provided by us, you can contact with SOS for getting information (https://sos.us.es) and register your question or incident clicking the button [Solicitud Otros].

Document Number: Depending on the type of document chosen, it must comply with the following format:

• DNI: 8 digits, without letter, filling in with 0 on the left if necessary: 99999999
• Passport: Sequence of characters or digits.
• NIE: 1 letter, 7 digits and another letter, separated by hyphens: X-9999999-Y

External email: A valid non-US email address (neither @us.es nor @alum.us.es) must be used for notifications.

Password: You must comply with the US Password Policy, having:

• 12 characters minimum length
• At least 4 alphabetical characters, of which there will be at least two uppercase letters and two lowercase letters.
• At least 2 numeric characters.
• You will not be able to contain the user's first or last name, nor the Document Number.
• Must have at least one symbol (e.g.: ! @ # $ % etc.).
